About Jones Country Consulting

Built on Experience. Guided by Stewardship.

Jones Country Consulting was founded on the belief that successful operations aren't created by chance—they're built through thoughtful planning, disciplined leadership, and a deep respect for the land.

Every project is approached with a practical mindset shaped by years of hands-on experience across agriculture, commercial cultivation, construction planning, and operational leadership. Whether the goal is building a legacy homestead, developing an agricultural operation, or launching a commercial cultivation facility, our focus remains the same: creating operations that are efficient, sustainable, and built to last.

Meet Jack Jones

I was born and raised in the Nashville, Tennessee area, where I developed an early appreciation for the outdoors, agriculture, and hard work.

Growing up in Middle Tennessee, much of my life revolved around family, the outdoors, and working alongside my family on the farm. Long before I entered commercial agriculture, I learned the value of hard work, stewardship, and taking pride in doing things the right way. Whether improving family property, building landscapes and hardscapes, or caring for the land, I came to understand that lasting success isn't created overnight—it's built through patience, practical experience, and thousands of small decisions made well. That philosophy continues to guide every project I take on today.

Baseball became another defining part of my life, carrying me through two years of collegiate competition while reinforcing the values of discipline, teamwork, and leadership that continue to influence my professional career.

I later earned a degree in Organismal Biology with a concentration in Botany from Middle Tennessee State University, combining scientific understanding with a lifelong passion for agriculture and plant systems.

Over the past decade, I've had the opportunity to work across multiple areas of commercial agriculture and cultivation, serving in roles that have ranged from grower and manager to director of cultivation and operational leadership. Along the way, I've helped develop multiple cultivation facilities from the ground up—participating in every stage from initial planning and construction through full seed-to-sale operations.

Those experiences have provided insight far beyond cultivation alone. They've reinforced the importance of thoughtful planning, efficient systems, strong leadership, and assembling the right team to bring ambitious projects to life.

Today, Jones Country Consulting exists to help others navigate that same journey—whether they're building a legacy homestead, expanding an agricultural business, or developing a commercial cultivation operation. The goal is not simply to create buildings or businesses, but to build operations that will continue serving their owners for years to come.

Our Philosophy

At Jones Country Consulting, we believe every successful operation begins with a clear vision and a disciplined process. We value stewardship over shortcuts, practical experience over assumptions, and long-term success over temporary solutions. Whether we're planning a legacy homestead, an agricultural operation, or a commercial cultivation facility, our goal remains the same: to create operations that are efficient, resilient, and built to stand the test of time. We don't simply design projects—we help build legacies.
